English I was very satisfied with my stay at Akcent Hotel in Prague. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was very close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I will choose to stay here again when I return to Prague. Thank you for everything.
We got an upgrade for my birthday and the room was huge. That was a very pleasant surprise, thank you dear people! Good breakfast, enough to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, the metro and bus station are right outside the door, but you can also reach the city center within 45 minutes by feet, nicely along the water.
I stayed here for 5N/6D. Good location as it only took about 50 minutes from the airport (bus 100 then subway to Andel). The hotel is right outside E1. There is a Lidl beside it. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is so nice. As there were 3 of us in the room, I slept on the sofa bed which was unexpectedly comfortable and big. There were two ACs in the room and a nice balcony - where I eat my Shin Ramyun that I bought from a nearby mall since I wanted to eat something hot and spicy on a rainy day. So anyway, it is a 5-minute walk to the mall. Also to a McDonald's which had surprisingly good green salad. The breakfast at the hotel was good. I usually had beans, eggs, sausage, salad, and bread. Yup the bread was good and the coffee too. The hotel is not near the touristy spots, but we walked to the river bank on our first night. Also the bus to Cesky Krumlov is right across the street. So convenient!
Hotel Akcent has a very good location, especially because it is so close to the metro station, which made getting around Prague very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. The only downside was that the rooms were not very well soundproofed, so there were sometimes disturbing noises from other guests. The breakfast was acceptable for most people, but as someone who does not eat pork, my options were quite limited. I would appreciate having more variety in the breakfast selection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and if I visit Prague again, I would stay here again. Hopefully, the breakfast options will be more diverse in the future.
Great location, right in front of Andel metro station. The rooms are impeccable, the restaurant served amazing breakfast. There’s a Lidl in the same building, so that’s a plus. Check in is in late afternoon, we got there quite early but the receptionist did everything in his power to help us, which I really appreciate. The personnel is really friendly and nice, too. I’ll surely go back there on my next visit to Prague.
