Stayed here during our Viking River Cruise. Comfort The room was comfortable albeit small. It smelled of smoke, although it should be smoke free. We reported that to the front desk and they said they would have to use an Ozone machine and it would be unavailable to us for up to 6 hours. So we just suffered through it. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. There was a small desk and a small chair. Space Small space for two with luggage. Bathroom A good size bathroom with shower. Breakfast Great breakfast included in our stay. Many, many European and British style options. Lots of great choices. Excellent. Service The service we received largely from the breakfast staff was excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
A 20-minute walk to the Charles Bridge. Friendly and very helpful staff. Valet parking service available. In my case that was a sort of half-service: I needed my car back at 7:00 while “the staff starts their working day at 8:00”. So I had to service myself - fortunately the parking is just a 5 minutes walking distance. Basic but clean room, yet a piece of furniture for a suitcase is clearly missing. Efficient checkin and checkout procedure (not that often to be found at a Radisson hotel). Will consider the venue for my next visit in Prague.

Marian and Nadia are a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should be. After travelling through many places, I can honestly say that the kindness and professionalism shown here stood out. Thank you for making my Prague experience even more memorable. A true credit to the Radisson Blu team — I would highly recommend staying here, especially knowing you will be looked after by people like Marian and Nadia. ⭐️
This hotel was lovely. Food was great in the morning with enough choice. Our room, Junior suite with balcony was really nice. Unfortunately the people above us would come out and smock weed so we couldn't enjoy sitting out there much but that's not the hotels fault. The location was great. Walking distance to most places and a tram line at the end of the street. Perfect.
Administrator Nini, was very kind and operated pretty well, she was skillfull to complete her job for the guests who would feel comfortable in all stay time. About hotel, well location really pretty nice, only around 10 min from the main square. Breakfast very nice and breakfast shefs very kind. But there was one thing in my opinion for the first impression in the room after taking shower, the towel was with holes. For me its not a big deal, after that I told in reception, they change it quickly. But the slippers and bathrobes you will get only if inform receptionist. Just wanted to share my opinion. Thank you.
