Had an amazing experience! The place is very clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I went for a 80 minute relaxing massage. I recommend Natalie: her energy is good and gentle. If you are (highly) sensitive ask for her to massage you. I really liked she washed her hands before touching my face. I have had quite a few massages but she was the first ever to do this. The face and scalp massage was amazing. I enjoyed the soft music that was played. If you book a massage they also let you use the spa. There are 3 sauna’s of which I tried 2. Both were nice and clean. The ice water bath is very cold and perfect to cool down. They give you a towel and a bedsheet (I don’t know if that is a Czech thing but I loved that!). They even have make up remover. And there is wifi. Overall: good place to relax! Recommend it!
I love this place. I’ve been going here for a few years. If you get the relax card, you receive a discount, also if you go before 3pm (I believe), you get another discount. The place is super clean and super quiet and relaxing. The staff is great and they speak English! I recommend!
The réceptionnistes are good and kind. The massage master was listening or watching her phone screen during the massage, laughing though the whole time and losing concentration. She touched only the same points during 10 minutes that make pain in the end. No desire to repeat. The saunas were good and little jacuzzi was fine. Just too little space. No fountain with drinkable water available
Everything was good but giving 2 stars for the fact that website promised also infrared sauna, something I specificly came for as can´t do regular. Facilities have no infrared and staff was confused when I asked about it.
