Probably the best AirBnB in Prague - perfect location, well priced and brilliant hosts. We stayed at Gregs Apartment during our trip to Prague in Feb this year (2026). Michal and his team were perfect hosts and helped us with an early check in when our flight landed early in the morning. Michal also recommended some very good restuarants and eating joints near the property. The location is brilliant with everything worth visiting a short comfortable walk away from the location. The views from the upper floors are very nice. It is bang on the river Vtava and provides one with a very welcome short stroll to the river in the evening. There are a lot of restuarants, super markets and coffee shops along with tram stops literally outside the apartments/lane. The Prague castle and Petrin tower are visible from certain rooms. The amenities in the apartment are adequate, everything is spic and span and upto date. Everything works. We trvaelled in peak winter and didn't need the air-conditioners in the rooms ( ery useful in hot European summers). The house keeping staff was always at hand to welcome us with a smile and kept the rooms very clean. Good news!!! If you're traveling from India/Asia - they have jet sprays/bum guns in the loo and for Asian travellers it makes all the difference for toilet hygiene. Bottomline - 10/10 Brilliant apartment, brilliant location, lots of things to do nearby, easily accessible by public transport. Must be considered if you plan on visiting Prague.
We had a one-bedroom apartment where a hallway separated the bedroom from the living room / kitchenette. It was quite spacious for two people and the couch folded out for another traveler if needed. The weather was cold but the heat in the apartment was fantastic and instantly responsive. The hot water was probably a little too hot. The TV had YouTube and other apps. The only recommendations I would have is that several light bulbs were not working and the TV remote needed new batteries. The location was great within walking distance to all of the Old Town sites. Greg the owner / manager was very nice and helpful. We were in apartment 2. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed in Apartment 2 and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The apartment itself is compact but has a spacious bedroom and all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. It felt very comfortable and convenient throughout my stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, meeting me in person and showing me around the apartment. On the day of my departure, he even allowed me to leave my luggage after the check-out time, which was very helpful. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague!
