I’ve stayed in countless hotels during my many business/private trips over the years, but this one stands out as by far the most satisfying experience I’ve ever had. It genuinely made me feel like I was on vacation rather than just another work stay. The staff in both the lobby and the restaurant were warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient — this is exactly the kind of service a hotel should offer. Other hotels could really learn a lot from them. I will definitely be coming back!
We were very satisfied with our stay in the family room. The room was spacious, clean, and offered plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. The staff, especially Ms. Dila (in Rezeption) was so friendly and very helpful. the breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Grand International Prague and would happily recommend it to others.
My family and I traveled to Europe for about a month and we stopped for a week in Prague where we stayed in this wonderful hotel. During our entire trip this was our best stay! The hotel staff were amazing, super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and all of them speak several languages (including but not limited to English and Russian). I have to give a big thank you especially to Damir and Dima, they were very helpful, explained everything in detail, told us about best places to see in the city, provided excellent assistance and answered all our questions. The hotel was so good that when it was time for me to leave and fly back early in the morning, I arrived back to the city a day prior and booked a room for one night. Once again I was greeted by excellent staff at the reception, where a gentleman named Lev, and two ladies after his shift, were of great help. They provided me with an early wake up call and also packed me a breakfast bag since I was leaving before 7am. Thank you Grand Hotel International and its staff for warm welcome and wonderful memories in your beautiful city of Prague. I hope to stay there again in the future.
One of the best stays! Service was good. Staff was welcoming and brief the guests about city and it's attraction if they are new at the place. Breakfast and room make were super organized. We specially love the little shopping corner, perfect for those who don't have much time to invest in city shopping specifically for souvenirs. Fully recommended! I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and my experience was wonderful. The staff was extremely polite every day and always very helpful with anything we needed. The room I stayed in was also amazing. I really enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the room, as well as the beautiful window it had. I hope I will have the chance to come back and stay in the same room again. Many thanks to all the staff for the excellent hospitality.
