There are two buildings, one on the main road and one where you take the cable car and it's on a hover altitude with a view towards the city. Rooms are spacious equipped with necessary amenities, modern hairdryer and bathtub Breakfast buffet is good , there is a chef making omelette on the spot , they also have an Asian corner. Personally I would expect a more enhanced or diverse breakfast. I would like to praise Petr at the reception, working on the upper building. He is very polite and accommodating and you can see he truly loves his job and that's why his customer service profile is excellent! He really deserves all the appreciation!!
Excellent 5 nights. Very comfortable beds and room. Red bar and Sky bar lovely, great Negronis. Breakfast really good catering for all Only thing missing was a USB charging socket
My stay at Hotel NH Prague City was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. Located in the vibrant Smíchov district, just a 7-minute walk from Anděl metro station and 20 minutes from Prague's historic center, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for exploring the city. The recently renovated rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with new mattresses and modern amenities. My room had a lovely balcony overlooking the peaceful Mrázovka Hill, providing a tranquil retreat after busy days of sightseeing. What truly made this hotel special was its unique cable car connecting to the sister property at the hilltop, where I enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views of Prague's red-tiled rooftops at the Sky Lounge. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations and assistance. The generous breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, fruits, and hot dishes to start the day right. With excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, sauna, and on-site parking, Hotel NH Prague City delivers outstanding value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
I had a bad experience with this hotel. The standard room we booked had a leak in the ceiling and we were moved to a superior room. Standard room also has only 3-4 sockets, and all of them on the floor level (for vacuum cleaner). No sockets next to the bed, no sockets on the table level. The room had a dusty smell. The hair dryer is very bad, like from years ago. Both standard and superior rooms had some hair on the bed sheets and in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. The gym isn't maintained well. Superior room was more liveable than the standard. But the stay wasn't comfortable. The internet in the rooms is horrible! It doesn't exist. You have to pay for a better internet which is a shame in 2026. When we were moved to the superior room, it was next to the elevator. So, were hearing each and every guest passing by. Also, there was a lot of noise from the cleaning personnel from the early morning. The value for money is very bad. We had to spend 1 more night in Prague and found much better and cheaper hotel 5 minutes walk from this one. The facilities there were much better and newer. I wish we would spend more time there. For sure, we will never come back to this hotel.
