stayed with a group of 30 students: very uncomplicated check-in free sweets/muffins at counter great breakfast, unfortunately the breakfast room lies in the cellar the garden was good to be and have breakfast in, loved the big wooden swing, but more plants, tables and chairs would be nice was great to have air conditioning in the rooms, worked well when it worked, unfortunately not all of them did, teacher got an alternative (with working ac), students didn't (guess not enough rooms left)
Very nice hotel, clean! And very friendly staff! Close to metro station Pavlova and tram station, you can go on foot to the Muzeum. Big and comfortable room and the breakfast had all the necessary and every day freshly baked cakes.
The hotel was clean, in a very good location and with friendly stuff. I especially appreciated Barbara in the reception, who was very helpful, kind and ready to help with anything. :) definitely would suggest to choose this hotel for a holidays in Prague. Thank you!
Generally fine, but i wouldn't say it's 4 stars hotel! The front door is like you enter a building, you have to ring the doorbell in order for them to open it. the elevator is somewhere between floors, do not expect to have the elevator to open right at your level, you either have to climb up the stairs or go down. we arrived late at night, they gave us a room at the roof level where you have to climb up stairs inside the room!! which was not what we booked so we refused to stay at the room the front disk girl was so kind, she gave us a room to stay until the morning the room was No.1 it was horrible! very small bathroom and the windows open exactly to the street level! i don't understand why a 4 stars hotel still operates by keys not cards! the breakfast options are very limited even the seats are limited too. for someone who doesnt mind to stay at a 3 stars hotel this will be perfect. the location is good and has many transportation.
