Honestly, one of the best hotels, and best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the pick up at the airport, to the restaurant and daily room cleaning. Just fantastic. Our waiter friend at the restaurant, was just brilliant, could’ve talked to him for hours. I regret not getting his name, but he looked after this Australian couple like we had known each other for years. Would rate 10 stars if i could.
We stayed for three days and we can't recommend enough. The hotel was in a beautiful location near Charles bridge and sitting in their outside terraced/ restaurant for food and drinks was so lovely. Our room was very pretty, comfortable and really quiet, we had a lovely night's sleep and everything we needed was available. The staff were friendly, helpful and made our stay even better with the little touches like chocolate in our room and a card thanking us for staying.. excellent hotel!
Absolutely amazing week-long stay at this charming hotel. Beautifully appointed, large room with a foyer and roomy bathroom (with great lighting, towel-warmer, and a tub!) and several nice touches such as chocolates on the table and bedstand, a daily carafe of fresh water, thick bathrobes. We stayed across from the main building in the Creperie/Hotel Dependance annex and couldn't believe how peaceful it was, even with the windows open. I could talk about the fantastic breakfast for days, but suffice to say the daily options and quality and service were phenomenal. They even have a little orange juice machine and prosecco (mimosa!) When we checked in the friendly and informative gentleman at Reception gave us several coupons for various attractions/hotel restaurant and told us about the rooftop terrace, which we visited on our last day and had a lovely picnic with our daughter and her partner. The view is superb. We even heard peacocks! This was a highlight. We will be returning to Prague regularly and will always choose this wonderful hotel, not just for its ideal location but for its quiet class and charm and highly-reasonable rates. Also, discovering a little bottle of sparkling wine at our doorstep on the last day was 👌🏽🙂↕️
It's not every day you get to sleep underneath a 14th century tower. Even better when the hotel is an absolutely lovely experience. Our room was quite spacious and very clean and comfortable. The in-room amenities were great and the front desk staff was friendly and eager to assist. The umbrellas available to grab by the door were a welcome sight, as it was quite rainy when we were in Prague. The location of this hotel is unmatched as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.
We stayed at Hotel Pod Vezi for a couple of nights and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect for exploring both the Old Town and the castle side of Prague, with everything an easy walk away. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to George who was brilliant and welcoming in every interaction. Food wise, the onsite restaurant was lovely for dinner on our first night. Breakfast is a little limited in terms of variety compared to a large chain hotel, but all the basics are there and the quality of what they offer is very good. Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend.
