One of the best surprises in Prague. The hotel is amazing, spacious and luxurious rooms (more like a suite). Central location. Right next to the metro station, while you are at the center of everywhere. I definitely would stay there again on my next visit.
I had a great stay at Mottl House and will be coming back again next year. My room was spacious, comfy bed and it felt like a 5 star hotel room. Communication with hotel was quick through WhatsApp. Location is also very central.
Great location with a clean room, just a short walk to the Old Town Square. Communication with the hotel was excellent—responses were quick, and check-in was smooth with no issues. I was initially concerned after reading reviews about problems receiving the check-in password, but everything worked perfectly for us. Do note that since it’s located in the city center, there can be quite a bit of lively nighttime noise.
We had an amazing experience at Mottl Andrez. It's centrally located. Metro, tram, grocery store, pharmacy even a mall is within minutes. Rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was at checking in. I never received an email with a code to get in the building. Upon arrival I had to make an international call to a local number that was listed by the front door of the hotel. I had to talk to someone to receive a code. The email wouldn't even show in my spam/trash folder. After a 10 min call I was able to fix the issue. The hotel is GREAT just keep in mind there is no reception.
Location and room were perfect! However, would appreciate to have some toiletries (which was supposed to be included) like toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc . The Hair conditioner was also empty unfortunately.
