I had the most incredible experience at Ava Spa at the Four Seasons Prague, and I can’t recommend it enough! I visited on my birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the day truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such warmth and care. The complimentary foot scrub was absolutely divine, relaxing, rejuvenating, and perfectly executed. But what really made the experience extraordinary was the personal touch: while I was enjoying the vitality pool, they surprised me with a glass of bubbles and a birthday muffin! It was such a thoughtful and joyful gesture that made me feel so appreciated and celebrated. Every detail, from the serene atmosphere to the impeccable service, reflected genuine hospitality and attention to detail. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and deeply grateful for the experience.
