Could not praise this accomodation enough! I love the digital access everything was so easy, amazing that on our last day we was able to store our suitcases in the lockers provided for free under a locked code I created. The rooms have everything so saves alot of money. - water, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, lotion. The rooms had quirky style, the Aircon was designed very clever to look like a picture in the room.
We were very satisfied with our stay. We stayed as a couple for 3 nights and chose a room with a kitchenette. The room was very clean, the bed was spacious, and we had all the utensils we needed. The bathroom was also spotless. The location is very central - we were able to walk to all the places we planned to visit, and public transport was very convenient, with the tram right in front and the metro just a few minutes away. We received water upon arrival, and shower gel and shampoo were provided as well. Some people might be bothered by the street noise, as the tram passes by and there were moments when we could hear people outside, but it didn’t disturb us much - especially since earplugs were also provided. We saw someone at the reception, but we didn’t need any assistance during our stay. Our return flight was in the evening, and we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers provided until departure, and we also had access to the building after checkout. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely return if we come back to Prague. We will also look for the same accommodation brand in other countries we visit.
Overall a positive experience, the biggest positive is by far the location with easy access to anything you might need, additionally the room was available to us earlier at no charge which was nice after a long trip. We had an issue with the room we got on the top floor; one of the walls is this huge glass window that serves as a magnifying glass. Our trip was in March with a max temp of 15C and the room was at an astounding 29C. The AC is blocked at 23C so barely doing anything against the heat. We wrote in their WhatsApp, the response was quick they had some maintenance personal check the room but not much could be done (they opened the windows) being early March temps do go down to 1/2 degrees at night so we slept ok and were visiting most of the day so we survived the weekend trip although if needed they said they would get us another room. Cannot imagine how this is manageable in the summer though. Rooms are ok ours was not too big but comfortable. With the windows closed it’s also quite ok in terms of noise even being in the center avenue with a lot of movement.
