We have a very pleasant stay at a large apartment fully equipped. The service was very good and shows the stuff care for the guests. The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out. The restaurant under the hotel is also very good. You have a great view of the castle if you stay on the rooms facing the street. We recommend it if you want to have a good stay with young family in Prague.
This service apartment exceeded our expectations. The premium suite was spacious, clean, and modern with a lovely partial castle view. It's located in the heart of the Castle District—just about a 10-minute walk from Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, but tucked away enough to avoid the crowds. Very well-connected with frequent trams and buses nearby, and the street gets nice and quiet after 10 PM. Bonus points for having an in-unit washer AND dryer, which is a rare find in Europe! Communication was also excellent. When I reached out because our arrival might fall outside of their regular reception hours, they were incredibly responsive and quickly provided an alternate solution for us. Highly recommend staying here!
I spent my first long weekend in the gorgeous city of Prague, which was for me an amazing experience, also thanks to this apartment. I arrived and felt instantly at home! The location is just sublime, right between the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. It is very clean and well organised and the interior is like home. They arranged my taxi from and to the airport with amazing drivers and everything felt effortless. I fell in love with Prague, I really want to go back and these apartments are from more on my go-to! Thank you for the perfect stay!
Spent 4 nights here. What else can I say? Amazing experience from start to finish. Martin and the staff treated me like I was a permanent resident of the building. Was blessed with an upgrade upon check in, which was a nice surprise and only added to the overall experience. Fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, plus an enormous bedroom with couch, desk and small table for two (I was in one of the Superior one bedroom units). Location is hard to beat; you are a short walk to the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and into the Old Town. Mala Strana (area around the hotel) has some amazing restaurants and shops to check out as well. Was recommended the Artic Bakehouse (about a 15 min walk south of the property) which was worth a look. I can’t thank the team enough at Three Golden Crowns for their hospitality over the past week. I will be recommending this property to family and friends, and will be back again someday!
My husband, our 14-month-old son, and I stayed here for 4 nights in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, which was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The room was lovely — plenty of space for our little one to move around comfortably. Given the size of the lounge area, a slightly bigger TV would have been a nice touch, but that’s only a small suggestion. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always happy to assist. The location was perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Charles Bridge, not far from the castle, and surrounded by some really lovely restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!
