In general, quantity over quality :) Mixed up dates of the appointment by the receptionist, then a quick consultation, offering botox for the forehead, and "Mephisto / Spock brows" afterwards... No-one offered a consultation after the beauty procedure, no-one warned about any side-effects of botox... I've already chosen another beauty clinic, and will fix it with them in the future. So, not a big deal, just a bit of disappointment ...
Overall, the doctors are excellent, but the receptionists make the entire experience frustrating. I really hope the clinic improves the quality of its front-desk service — it does not match the level of the medical care they provide.
I travelled from the uk to have the laser resurfacing treatment! Best decision ever!! I was greeted by very friendly helpful staff!! The clinic is clean and beautiful!! Their after care has been incredible!! I flew back the same day and I have had follow up conversations and and answers to all my questions answered very quickly!! It’s only day 1 and I can see results already!! Very excited for the end results!! I will definitely be going back and can not recommend them more!! Incredible value compared to the uk!! Thank you all so much for a lovely experience and all your help!! 100% 5 stars!!
