The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You can also find parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Amazing location in the center. It was close to nearly every attraction, metro and tram. We stayed for a week and it was enjoyable. Room was specious and the bed was comfortable, nice bathroom. Breakfast was a disappointment, although there was a lot to choose from some things weren't great quality (for example: each day cucumbers were very dry, some cheeses had dry ages, etc.). But on the other side there were a lot of warm options (6?) with one of them changing daily. I feel like the breakfast stuff should get the better training as they weren't very professional (taking too much dirty dishes at once resulting in broken glasses few times during our stay, blocking guests paths around food by changing things in the most inconvenient moments, etc.). The room was nice and spacious, very clean with daily cleaning, bed was very comfortable and even the sheets were changed halfway out stay. I would have a very good review about room but unfortunately we noticed after few days that our glassware wasn't changed after our use but cleaned with the soap from the bathroom and put again as clean, which resulted not only in tea stains but also staines from our lips. It wasn't fun to notice some dry patches from my friend lip gloss on the glass when I started to drink from a "fresh" glass. I actually find it very disgusting. I would prefer the stuff to just leave the glasses alone so guests would knew they cleaning themselves and which glasses they are using. If not for this we would probably rate the whole stay much higher. Overall the biggest thing to recommend this hotel for is location, which was truly amazing. I would recommend to stay there if you visiting Prague for few days but for long stay I feel that you could find a better options.
Excellent location in the heart of old town Prague. Many places of interest are within no more than 15 minutes walking distance. Very well served for shops and restaurants. The Hotel is modern and friendly with a good breakfast. The exceptional view from the 8th floor roof terrace is also an attraction. We loved Prague and would recommend this Hotel.
A really good hotel in the very center of Prague. The service is good, the staff is polite, cleaning is constant, and the rooms are clean. It's a 10-minute walk to the main square and close to the metro. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and variety. And all this at a reasonable price. I recommend visiting.
Hotel is located centrally and is ideal for a visit to Prague. The breakfast was good. Room was okay aside from the following - 1 - The bathroom extractor fan was on 24hrs and didn't go off, it was noisy, annoying and had i not had ear plugs with me would have made sleeping impossible. 2 - Basic tea/coffee making facilities were provided in the room but no milk..it's the little things.
