First of all, City Nest is opposite what they show in the picture. having said that, the location is simply brilliant. Within a 100 metres there is a major tram and underground train stop and getting around the city is super easy if you plan using public transport. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars are aplenty within just a very very short walking distance. The rooms are basic, air-conditioning is GOOD, with a split air-con for each individual room. Washrooms are spacious, housekeeping is limited although the two ladies are super helpful if you ask them something. Garbage clearance and sheet change is twice in your stay ( in my 7 day stay it was done twice - it's okay if you don't thrash the room every night ). Double windows on the windows - although I missed having a balcony to step out onto. Windows seemed like they were designed not to be opened, I would have liked some ventilation in the room if I decided to not use the air-con - like if the weather was s bit cooler. Buts that a personal choice.. One side of the room is the " kitchen " - kettle, coffee maker ( bring your own pods ), two induction burners, a mini fridge, 2 small chairs and a coffee table. Small cupboard too in room. Would definitely recommend to everyone at the prices I paid for the rooms, anything more might want you to look for something fancier. All in all, enjoyed my stay.
A fantastic apartment in the centre of Prague. Close enough to all of the major sights but far enough to avoid the crowds and tourists. The apartment was clean, airy and offered all amenities and a small kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Communication from the Adrez team was impeccable and the instructions for the keyless entry system were very clear for checking in. We would definitely recommend Arez to anyone visiting Prague. We will definitely use again.
Me and my partner stayed for a weekend and booked over bookin.com. The kitchen, room and bathroom were well equiped. The room was quite spacious. Although there was a pub on the other side and it got loud we didn't hear anything. Everything was in walking distance which we greatly appreciated. We had a few difficulties while booking but the staff greatly helped up answer questions or any other issues that arose. Although the only form of communication was email/booking/phone we got quick response and there is a reception office from them close by. Thank you :)
Very good prices, very nice room, easy to get access code, which is convenient as you can't loose a key, there's fridge and all cooking amenities. The location is perfect, short walk from all the the popular places you want to go and see. When I visit Prague again, I would definitely come back to these apartments. Me and my partner really enjoyed it. Very well made. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows one of them was massive and the others too small, so it was difficult to find the perfect position for my neck, but that's not a problem in the grand scheme of things.
I have mixed feelings about this stay. I appreciated the great location, spacious room, and well-equipped kitchenette. However, the apartment is directly opposite a bar, which disrupted my sleep throughout the week. The bathroom exhaust did not work despite a technician visit, and there was a constant sewage smell. I requested a room change after the first night but received no response. Phone support was inconsistent, and as a result, we did not sleep well during the stay. The bath towels also had visible holes. To be fair, calls to arrange a technician and to check for forgotten belongings were handled well. Please note there is no reception; all communication is via email (unreliable) or phone (inconsistent). Given the price charged, basic standards such as a functioning exhaust, intact towels, proper soundproofing and responsiveness should be met. The wood panels on the windows have gaps, further compromising noise insulation. It’s a real shame, as these are preventable issues in an otherwise nice property.
