Hotel has 2 different parts- one on the main street and one on the hill. It’s convenient however staying on the hill can be a bit more annoying as you have to go down to reach the street. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very kind. Shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.
We had our wedding on June 27, 2026, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The entire event was very well organized, and the team was incredibly helpful, approachable, professional, and polite throughout our stay. Everything was excellent from the staff and the room to the venue and the food. The atmosphere was truly perfect, and it made our wedding celebration unforgettable. Our wedding and stay were both beyond our expectations. A big thank you to the entire NiKola bebjakova & team at NH Hotel Collection for the outstanding service and for making our special day so memorable. I've seen dozens of hotels across Europe: Multiple big cities in Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, France or Norway. Including Mallorca and Ibiza. This one was quite unique. For example, I had never seen cable car being the only access to the Hotel, not even in mountain hotels. The room was exceptionally spacious with front garden (!) - really unique and nice touch. I also want to emphasize the cleanliness of the room. It was exceptional. Not a grain of dust even on tricky places. Yes I am that kind of guest who checks all ridiculous places for cleanliness. They passed. I am wondering if I ever seen that somewhere else. You should really give your housekeeping staff a raise. Rooms was also very quite, I got very good sleep there. We had to try wellness and check the upper sky-lounge next time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Maybe one thing to improve - everywhere it says that breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30. But when we've arrived at 09:50 we got the warning from staff that we're late and they're closing at 10:00. Which surprised us a bit, since we thought we had at least half an hour left. So maybe this is something I would communicate better. That's basically a nitpick, so overall superb experience. We definitely come back in the future. Thanks, great work!
We had a fantastic stay. The room was spotless and the bed was too comfy.... lol. The staff are friendly and nothing is a bother. Breakfast was 100%.... if you can't find something to your taste then...change your name to Karen. if your not called Karen lol. We used the cable car and also walked through the gardens, both are amazing but the cable car is better when your going up lol.
Lovely hotel, great location easy to access from the airport via Prague's great transport system. Room was a good size with private outdoor space. Bed was comfy with good quality bedding and pillows. Food in the restaurant was beautifully cook and tasted lovely. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.
