The apartment was huge! Perfect location too. Had an issue with AC in living space at the start as instructions didn't match the remote. We contacted the hotel but no response via the messaging system. They did answer our phone call and we got it sorted eventually. My other problem was the outside space as it was advertised with a different photo, possibly the other attic apartment, which was misleading. I have to be honest it was one of the reasons I booked it as I wanted to be able to sit out and have a view but instead we had an enclosed area which wasn't very pleasant as there was alit of bird poo. So whilst I loved the inside and the location I was disappointed with outside space.
The actual apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean BUT the location isn’t as sold when booking, the photo only shows you one entrance and our apartment was down the other side of the building and to be honest if we had seen this photo we could probably have been put off booking. That said the location to the main square was very close by and it was very central and the beds were extremely comfortable. On arrival at the apartment there was a sign to say if staying less than 5 nights then towels wouldn’t be changed unless you pay a fee but on our last day of being there we received a text to say they would change towels on request so this is rather confusing! Also the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom is ridiculously noisy to the point we had to switch it off at night and the location of our room being at the back meant it was very noisy if the windows were open. Would we stay here again?? Probably if we could choose a room at the front which is definitely more quiet or any apartment if staying in the winter months.
Great apartment. Spacious, with large windows, and very bright. It is very clean, renovated, and well-maintained. Air conditioning in the living room-kitchen and in the bedroom. Very quiet for being right in the city center. The location is unbeatable, on Halsvelska Market Street, just a 1-minute walk from the Clock Square. It is keyless—you enter with a unique code for each apartment, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at St Havel. The location was everything you could want if you are there to explore the city. You are literally in the middle of everything. Access and communication was prompt and easy. Security was more than expected but definitely made you feel a ease. Space was clean and well stocked. We cooked daily and enjoyed the open space to socialize.
We had a wonderful stay at Residence St.Havel, me, my husband and two children. The location is truly exeptional - everything is withiin walking distance, yet the apartment feels peaceful and private. The apartment itself is a large open-space layout with a beautiful wooden floor and a lovely terrace offering a charming view. And from windows too - they add a special atmosphere to the flat. It feels warm, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The bathtub is big and comfortable but combined with the toilet so this may be less convenient for a larger group or for guests who prefer more privacy, for us it was ok. The bad was comfortable, the plumbing and the bathroom fixtures were of high quality, everything was clean and well maintained. For us there were enough hangers, the kitchen is equipped if you prefer to cook yourself. Breakfast was good, simple and modest - and a very kind people there. The first morning my husband was not feeling well and the staff kindly allowed us to take breakfast for him, we truly appreciated. Check-inn process was fully automated, smooth and easy. Overall, it is a charming, well-located, comfortable place to stay in the heart of Prague! We gladly recommend
