We stayed at Sir because we are loyal Marriott customers. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the library and the beautiful outdoor courtyard (especially in the evening). We were told we were given an upgraded room but it was very small - especially the bathroom. We can’t imagine what a non-upgraded room looks like! And we also didn’t like that free breakfast was not an option as a check-in bonus, only points. That’s a big deal to us! Not sure yet if wr will choose this hotel again when we return to Prague.
Absolutely stellar hotel here in Prague. The hotel itself was impeccable with its interior and exterior. The rooms were gorgeous, the lobby was stellar, and the atmosphere was excellent during our stay. The hotel was also in an awesome location right by the river and walking distance to the main city area and neighboring restaurants that were along the main roads. Although all the staff were nice, I want to give a huge shoutout to Danny. He was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the hotel, from giving us a great insight about the hotel to making the atmosphere even better whenever we encounter him. The hotel staff also gave us gifts for a graduation and a birthday we had during our trip, which was very sweet. The room itself was so elegant and comfortable to sleep in. The bed was an epic size, the lighting was great, and the temperature of the room was just perfect. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this hotel during our stay in Prague and I highly recommend staying here!
I only stayed here one night due to a flight that was delayed overnight. I arrived at 23:30ish and was greeted by Marco. He did everything he could to improve my evening and make my stay as comfortable as possible. He’s an absolute gem! The hotel itself was lovely. Beautiful finishes. The room was spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again, intentionally, when visiting Prague!
Okay, this hotel was beyond amazing! The design is absolutely stunning and so charming. From the location, to the entrance, to the lobbies, everything felt beautifully designed and thoughtfully done. The staff were also super sweet, friendly, and welcoming throughout the stay. The room itself was gorgeous, although a bit small and not very spacious. However, the bathroom was stunning and very spacious, which I absolutely loved. I actually went back and stayed here again, and I’ll definitely continue coming back to this cute and charming hotel. Easily one of my favorites💕!
OWe loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. We were warmly greeted by Danny who assisted us with our luggage and gave us an overview of the hotel facilities and tips for the area. At the reception our check in was excellent. The hotel staff is very attentive and willing to assist with your requests. The room decour was up to the standard for the type of hotel as well as the facilities. Loved the convenience of its location to public transportation and sites. Definitely will stay again.
