The location is pleasant, slightly out of the main tourist area. The portion sizes are large, and the food tasted nice. They did give us a different dish than ordered however, and made 1/2 the beer glass be foam, hence no tip was given.
Dined here for lunch last June 16. Tasty food, nice outdoor seating area & true to their slogan as being “Your friendly Czech restaurant”. A kind staff lady brought our 5 year old a coloring paper & crayons so she can entertain herself while we order food. This gesture matters a lot to us as parents as much as the food taste. So it’s worth to check out this restaurant when in Prague.
We are here for our first day, and we were really hungry, so we came here. We were not disappointed! The food, the atmosphere, and the customer service were amazing. The waiter, Pedro, was fantastic and funny 😁 Thank you for this wonderful experience! Oh and we also had a child with us and she ate everything and was really happy with the child menu with colloring and games! Thank you for that ❤️
We tried this restaurant during our stay in Prague. We are 5 French girls visitors and we absolutely loved the traditional dishes offered here — everything was delicious ! The waiters and the owner are very attentive and funny, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We liked it so much that we came back three times during our trip. It was fantastic ! Highly recommended ! ❤️
I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant. We dined outdoors and braved the cold Prague weather. At -8C, the restaurant heaters worked really well as we were able to enjoy our beers, eat our food, and marvel at the architecture in Old Town Prague. The food and drinks were served quickly and the staff were all friendly. Certainly an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
