Rock music scheduled for nearly every night, and on every other night this place becomes a DJ party apparently. We'd had a lot of fun hanging out drinking beer and watching a Nirvana cover band. Highly recommended.
Edit: Oh I'm so sorry, he should definitely prioritize his health. He should know he's the best party master. We're not from Prg but we really appreciated the parties he played as we had so much fun there. And for the rest of the year we always talked about coming back to Vagon. I wish him strenght and luck and let him know please he really does and amazing job and everyone I know liked the atmosphere there...And that's because of the music that has to be played correctly and he knows how to do it.:) We need the old DJ back. About three years ago, there was an amazing party every Friday and Saturday, and the dance floor was packed. The DJ set the mood with his great mix of songs, but that’s all gone now. There’s a guy there who just plays songs at random, and it doesn’t flow at all, so the place is half empty and there’s no atmosphere. In the past, we used to arrive at midnight and stay to dance and drink until closing time. Now we went there for just one beer and left after finishing it. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a nice rock bar. I hope something changes so the crowd can return..
A great live music club to visit for fun during your Prague vacation. The local bands are entertaining. It offers the best value for money. The entrance fee is usually 200-300 Czech crowns. Beer is under 100 crowns.
After midnight the place changed into a video club: you can watch music videos of the 80s and 90s while drinking or you can dance. Very good atmosphere, even though on Friday night people really started to dance around 1:30. That's the perfect place to go dancing after a couple of drinks somewhere else!
Rock alternative place, I want to see any tribute concerts anytime soon. The wardrobe guy tried to aim the plastic hangers to the wardrobe bar from a distance all night long, cool mini game but he was terrible at it 0%aim 100%luck. Cool bar.
