GRAND RELAX Czech Beer Spa & Wellness

We recently visited the Beer Spa in Prague and chose the Grand package, leaving us with mixed impressions. The location itself is set in an authentic cellar, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation with dimmed lights, subtle music, and a pleasant, classic spa aroma. The tub was a comfortable temperature and spacious enough for two people; the combination of a hot bath and unlimited cold beer was a truly enjoyable experience. From the range of services, we used the aroma sauna, and the experience ended with a 60-minute oil massage that left my skin very smooth and my body completely relaxed. The staff on-site were friendly and unobtrusive, but the overall level of service and cleanliness (which I would rate a 7/10) did not quite meet the expectations for a spa of this class. I would also like to warn about the booking process: if you book through the Grand Relax Spa website, keep in mind that it is just a third-party company that partners with the spa at the Grandior Hotel Prague. There are no Grand Relax representatives on-site, so any questions or issues that arise must be resolved exclusively via e-mail, which is quite inconvenient while trying to relax. Overall, the price felt a bit high as we expected better service for the cost. For a one-time new experience, it is a decent option
