Beautiful, spacious rooms. Super soft and comfortable beds. Loved my stay here. But why not 5 stars?? Well, because they charge 2 EUR for coffee pods in the room. A fancy hotel with an elevated price point shouldn't nickel-and-dime its customers by charging 10x for coffee pods. Lame.
Beautiful art design hotel, at a very convenient place, with excellent public transport services. Impressively decorated rooms with TV set, espresso machine and air conditioning. Very good beds, with high quality mattresses and pillows. Very quiet and peaceful. Adequate bathroom, although the shower cabin seems quite small for large body individuals. Because of a restaurant renovation, we didn't have the chance to try breakfast, instead we were offered a breakfast basket every morning, with more than adequate breakfast goods, while we were also offered a choice between salty and sweety breakfast! The reception staff were very polite, helpful and friendly! The check in and out procedures were very fast and they also arranged a transfer to the airport for us. Not recommended for kids. Undoubtedly recommended for a remarkable stay in Prague and an excellent chance to explore the city!!
The hotel was good overall, and I appreciated the stay. However, one thing that honestly disappointed me was that the coffee was not complimentary, especially since it was placed next to the fully complimentary tea station. What confused me more was that one of the staff members clearly mentioned that “tea and these kinds of items are of course complimentary,” which naturally made me understand that the coffee was included as well. In most hotels, especially when regular capsule coffee is provided (not specialty coffee), it is usually complimentary for guests. The issue is not about the price itself, but rather the way such a simple matter was handled. Thank you nevertheless for the overall experience.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was my first time here. The hotel is beautiful in every way and the location is great. The bedrooms are clean and beautiful. I promise I will come back here again when I have the chance. My loved one and I had a great time here. It's as beautiful as the photos. 😘🙏🏠
