We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. We would especially like to thank Alena at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and all the help she provided during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again.
Great hotel, lives up to its 4 star reputation. Happy welcoming staff that speak good English with a smile. The hotel is close to the city centre. There are lots of trams and other public transport services close by, The hotel will arrange this for you on request.
Lovely hotel, nice rooms, well located, decently priced, good breakfast included... Would have been five stars if it wasn't for the most miserable front of house staff; one girl who looked as though even us checking in and out was an inconvenience! Note that you may specifically book "Early check in" but it is actually only given if it's available.
The location is perfect and close to mamy tourist attractions. It is around 20 minute walk to the old town, 3 minutes from a tram stop and has many restaurants and cafes in the area. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast included in the stay offered a variety of different foods - from savoury to sweet from cold drinks to hot. The food was very good and fresh. The staff made sure the area was kept clean. The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable the room was tidy. Tea and coffee were offered and everything we needed was there. The hotel also offered a laundry service for a fee.
The hotel was good! It wasn't perfect but it had everything a hotel needs so I cant complain. The matress on the beds were a bit hard but the pillow is pretty big so it was very comfy. Our room had a normal view. Not too nice but also not too bad. The service was good and helped us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is great! Everything important that we had visited wasnt more than 15 min. walking. Overall I give the hotel a 8/10.
