Was not very cheap, but I think you get value for money here. I Saw in reviews that the rooms are very spacious. I think the rooms are just OK in terms of space. It is very clean and the room itself is very pretty, the location is also perfect and really cute street not too touristy. What stands out the most from this hotel was the service. We stayed here in total four nights and at first we were placed on the second level on the street side and it was very noisy with sleeping. We could hear the cars and trams in the morning. Also the bed were a bit hard and the pillows were almost as thin as paper. Then when i flagged this issue, Olga, the superstar, gave us two options and moved it without any objections or reservation to the 5th on the courtyard side which was a much quieter room. She also provided us with bed toppers and other type of pillows which were more comfortable. She made us feel seen and heard and really went to extra mile to make us feel taken care of. Whether it’s giving us extra water bottles, or pastries or just welcoming us with a big smile making sure we are comfortable. The parking costs 30 euros a day, which at first I thought it was a bit pricey, but it was actually including valet parking. Its parked in a secured garage and whenever we needed the car, they will make sure to get the car and drove it to the entrance for us. They also do the EV charging if needed, so very convenient. All in all, great hotel with the best service. We had a very nice stay in Prague! Thank you Olga + team!!
We stayed at the Manes Boutique Hotel for three nights in a Junior Suite, and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The receptionist whose name I unfortunately can’t remember was warm, professional, informative, and had a great sense of humour, making for a fantastic first impression. Our Junior Suite was beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was excellent with plenty of pillows, the bathroom was spacious with a separate toilet, and the room included everything you could need, including a safe, Nespresso coffee machine, well-stocked minibar with very reasonable prices, and a comfortable work desk. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job throughout our stay. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location. It’s perfectly situated within easy walking distance of Prague’s major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight, with a very good selection of fresh, high-quality options to start the day. Overall, this is a wonderful boutique hotel that combines comfort, excellent service, and a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
My wife and I had a fantastic 4 night stay at The Manes Boutique Hotel. Everything about our hotel stay was great. The staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was really good and the hotel was really well located near the river and a short walk to Charles Bridge. The hotel is quiet and beautifully fitted out throughout. Great bed, shower and toilet, if you book here you will see what I mean. Prague is an amazing city to visit and explore and our stay at The Manes made this visit even better. This hotel fully deserves a 5 star rating.
We were welcomed so warmly and kindly at the hotel. While our check-in process was being completed, they offered us drinks, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. We also really appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. They prepared a lovely surprise for my husband’s birthday, which made us very happy. The breakfast was delicious, and the desserts in particular were absolutely amazing. After check-out, we were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a while, which was very convenient. Every time they saw us, they kindly offered us something to drink. The staff were genuinely sweet, polite, and attentive. The location of the hotel is also very central, just a one- or two-minute walk from the tram stop. I think we happened to visit Prague during one of its hottest periods, but the hotel staff were even warmer than the weather. Thank you so much for everything.
Highly recommend! First-class experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. A special thank you to Martina at the reception, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. She made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!
