The whole facility is very well managed, clean and organised. Location within the Old Town provides many opportunities. Our stay would be perfect if not the lack of air conditioning on the upper-most floor which made staying in the building in 30 degree C heat quite unpleasant. Additionally, ventilation in the bathroom could be improved but nevertheless the place is worth recommending!
Amazing location! The kitchen was super clean, same as the rooms and other facilities. If you’re looking for a social hotel this one is not the case as apart from the kitchen they aren’t any shared facilities to hang out or meet people, but for a quiet stay it’s very pleasant. They give you a towel which is a big plus and if you bring big bags the lockers are very big! Overall i had a great stay!
Good price, great location, friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again. They lent towels for free and I was given a free coffee capsule upon check-in. Lockers have their own locks so, you don't have to bring your own. Now the not so nice stuff: I was sick and laying down in bed all day. The housekeeping staff was really loud. It wasn't the quite hours or maybe they didn't even know I was in my bed (curtains were covering my bed) or maybe I was highly sensitive to noise due to migrenes. Female only dorm's bed no:3 felt weird, it kind of sinks in right in the middle. Same dorm bed no:9 was just fine though
The rooms are spacious and very clean, receptionists are very friendly and the location couldn’t be much better. However, when we booked there was no mention the room had a shared bathroom and kitchen. It looks like they were made aware of this by others just before we arrived and changed the details of the listing on Airbnb in the days before we arrived, by which point there was nothing we could do. Which is a bit cheeky. As well, the cleaners are incredibly loud, having loud conversations with each other and hoovering right outside people’s doors as early as 8am in the morning. This is not helped by the very thin walls and doors. The doors only shut by a hard shove, the handles do not allow to for a quiet shut which is annoying.
Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here. Location is pretty convenient as you can access to every important location in a short time from the hostel. Rooms were pretty comfy and as the guests a re generally travellers, you can make new friends when staying. In summary, nice stay!
