Lovely hotel with amazing staff. It is located close to the main train station and in walkin distance to the city center. Breakfast has everything you need and you can enjoy a live performance from a violinist or harpist. The spa offers some nice treatments and the therapists are really skilled. The pool area is spacious, clean and also has a steam room and sauna. Thy gym is smaller but had all basic equipment you need. However you can see that it needs some serious upgrade. Overall it is as a very pleasant stay.
Fantastic stay – highly recommend! We had an excellent stay at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding - super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm attitude really made a difference and added to the overall experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with great quality and variety. The spa area was another highlight - beautiful, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring Prague. Our room was perfect: very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service, food, and facilities. We would definitely come back! Tip: Don’t miss the spa - it’s a great way to unwind after sightseeing.
Before all I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Jerak at the front desk. The evening before my departure, I asked him about the airport terminal and my flight timing. Not only did he provide the information I needed, but without me knowing or asking, he went above and beyond to ensure my departure was seamless. As soon as my Uber arrived, he called my room a few minutes before my scheduled departure, kindly offered assistance with my luggage, and even arranged a coffee and a bottle of water for my journey. His attention to detail, genuine care, and dedication to guest comfort were truly exceptional. Jerak’s outstanding service significantly enhanced my overall experience and played a major role in making my stay memorable. He is a great asset to the hotel, and thanks to experiences like this, I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future. Regrading the hotel venue, from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the elegance, grandeur, and timeless character of the lobby. It beautifully reflects the rich heritage and history of the city, creating a memorable first impression and a true sense of place. The room itself was exceptionally spacious—given I booked XL-sized room that offered outstanding comfort and met my expectations.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good (not in old town but generally less expensive) and on a tram line. Ubers were quick and plentiful. The breakfast was a standout - many options, excellent service and wonderful food. Bar staff helpful and dinner quite good.

From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, which adds a lovely touch of elegance. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The buffet offers an impressive variety of both hot and cold options, including plenty of choices for guests with dietary restrictions. Everything is beautifully presented, and the combination of excellent food, outstanding service, and the stunning setting creates an experience that goes far beyond a typical hotel breakfast. A wonderful way to start the day.
