As someone who's been coming to M1 Lounge regularly for quite some time, it's disappointing to see how much the service has declined. The staff used to be much more welcoming, but lately they've come across as rude and unfriendly, which really affects the overall atmosphere. On the positive side, the music is still one of the venue's strongest points, if anything, it's even better than before. The DJs consistently create a great vibe, which is the main reason I keep coming back 🔥🔥🔥 (shout out to Don, Rokka & Illegal) Overall, it's become a bittersweet experience. Great music, but increasingly poor customer service. I hope management addresses this, because the venue has so much potential and deserves better.
Amazing atmosphere, great music, and friendly staff! The DJs kept the energy high all night, and the drinks were excellent. One of the best places for a fun night out in Prague. Highly recommend! 🎀

I wanted to dance. Got there and it was completely empty. Danced solo. Made my way to a riser and immediately the security guard asked me to step down. Place was empty I didn’t understand why I couldn’t dance there. Vibe is not that special. Maybe if you’re early 20s and desperate this is the spot for you. DJ wasn’t the best switching songs quickly just as I was getting into one song. There’s a strange “we are better than you” vibe here. Not sure why. Not worth the cover in my view. 3 stars is me being generous.
The club was nicely decorated for Halloween — the effort they put into the theme was impressive. However, the venue itself was quite small, and the music was very outdated. Even though I usually listen to international songs, I didn’t recognize most of them. The crowd was mostly young, and the atmosphere was decent. After ordering our cocktails, we had a short chat with the bartender and went outside for a cigarette. When we tried to go back in, the security at the door told us we had to pay the entrance fee again. We explained that we had already been inside, talked to the bartender, and hadn’t even finished our drinks yet, but he didn’t believe us and was rather rude. This situation definitely ruined the experience. That said, the cocktails were well made and had a good alcohol balance. Overall, the decoration and drinks were nice, but the music and customer service could be much better.
