Typical local Czech pub. You can eat Czech food and enjoy Radegast and Pilsner Urquell beer for very low prices Cash only.
"Traditional" in a tourist way, the whole place is a bit bizzare. Dirty and stuck in the 90s. Cash pay only. Not very nice service. Good beer though.
If you're looking for an alternative to the tourist traps nearby, this is it, in a very central location with lots of locals hanging out. Rules of thumb: 1. Don't expect superficially 'friendly' service. We're in Chechia. But they get the job done. 2. If you don't see an empty table, just look for empty seats at tables that are semi-occupied. It's part of the game. Also, be prepared that others might ask to sit at your table if there's no other option. Allow them to. 3. Make sure you try the smoked chicken drumstick with dumplings, with a pint. 4. Instead of their local beer, I prefer the Pilsner Urquell, but that's just me, and it's local enough, after all.
Our must visit restaurant in Praha ❤️ Love the atmosphere & the food sooo authentic and incredible. Please have some beer to make the meal even better 🤣 10/10
