We had an absolutely delightful stay here April 24-29. Communication and booking with the hotel was very easy via email and website, and all questions were answered very quickly. I especially want to mention Jana for all of the great and timely responses. We initially booked a Deluxe Suite, but then shortly before we left for vacation we decided to treat ourselves to the De Castello Suite. We were so happy we did. Beautiful room. very well laid out, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our balcony and the views from it. The breakfast was delicious. Best oatmeal and scrambled eggs! Yuri our Butler was very attentive, friendly and helpful (as was everyone we met). The location is excellent. Very walk-able city (if you don't mind the cobblestones). Many restaurants and shops nearby. Make sure to find time for an evening concert in one of the many Cathedrals. Magical.

This hotel is truly incredible. From the moment you arrive, both the property and the rooms feel like something out of a castle or palace—elegant and beautifully designed throughout. The location is excellent, set right beside the castle area and within easy walking distance to both Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really elevates the overall experience. The wellness area is on the smaller side, but it offers a private jacuzzi, which is a nice touch for relaxation. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is somewhat limited in variety, though still decent in quality.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. This is a 5 star hotel The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and attentive. We stayed in the emerald room. It was a good size and so was the bathroom. Our patio was also beautiful and a very nice size. Breakfast was included and was also very good. We were about 10-15 minute walk to old town square. It was very quiet and we were able to sleep well. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a wonderful experience! Adam and Yuri took care of us in the dining area and did a fantastic job. All the front desk people were equally excellent. I also thought the price we paid was also reasonable.

Spent 3 nights here and it was the perfect base for exploring Prague. The area is very peaceful but only a 2-3 minute walk from shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is beautifully decorated and although it doesn't have a restaurant, an ample breakfast is served daily either in the small dining room or direct to your room. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone on hand to offer advice or directions. We were even made to feel welcome when we had to hang around for a late airport transfer on check out day, they looked after our luggage, provided refreshments and a comfy place to wait. Would highly recommend for a stay in Prague.
