Lovely hotel, well located, old world charm with fabulous 👌 breakfast. Our stay was enhanced by our wonderful hotel reception Adela who printed out our train tickets, arranged transportation and boxed breakfast options. Her outstanding performance of getting us more coffee pods for our in room expresso machine was above and beyond but saved our day. Adela is definitely essential and the brightest smile in the hotel. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!!

What can I say, beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Breakfast is very good, gym more than adequate and close to a vibrant area of Prague. If I had to find fault, lack of ironing boards in every room and the restaurant not being open every evening are both inconsistent with the otherwise excellent level of service.

Calling this a 5-star hotel is blatant false advertising. For €560 for two nights, we were tucked away in a cramped attic room that barely fit the bed. Despite the premium price, basic hospitality was non-existent—no complimentary water, and even breakfast was not included.Bathtub tiles were broken and jagged. The toilet brush (in the Deluxe room where we were moved later) was visibly soiled and disgusting—a total failure in basic housekeeping. No welcome water; only a paid minibar. On our second day, the heating (or cooling no idea what that was) unit began beeping incessantly. I tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. I had to go down four floors to report it. The reception lady "fixed" it, only for it to start beeping again shortly after. Again, the reception ignored the phone, forcing me to walk down those four floors a second time. They could not fix it (as there was no repair person available on the weekend) so now the room was not livable anymore. And we asked them to move us to a different room.  They tried to charge me more to move into a "Deluxe" room because no other attic rooms were free. I refused to pay an extra cent for their equipment failure, and they eventually moved us without any extra cost to the "Deluxe" room which was more spacious.A 5-star rating implies professionalism and a "guest-first" mentality. This hotel treats you like a walking wallet. Do not book a standard room here unless you want to pay 5-star prices for a neglected attic and a staff that won't pick up the phone.

5 stars isn’t enough for the staff at Le Palais Art Hotel Prague. My now-fiancé had originally planned to propose in Vienna, and our trip to Prague was supposed to be the celebration afterward. Instead, the custom engagement ring was repeatedly delayed by the manufacturer and didn’t arrive in time; turning everything into a logistical mess. After frantic calls and an overnight rush from Germany, the ring had to be rerouted to Le Palais at the last minute. Your staff handled the situation with incredible discretion, kindness, and professionalism. They accepted the package, kept it secure, and made the handoff seamless — all without me suspecting a thing. Because of your team, what could have been a disaster turned into a perfect surprise proposal here in Prague instead. The ring is now on my finger (still engraved “Vienna, April 17th,” which makes the story even funnier), and we’ll always associate this hotel with one of the happiest moments of our lives. And beyond that, the hotel itself was wonderful. The spa was fantastic and very reasonably priced for couples, which made our stay even more special. Amenities were incredible. Sauna was amazing. Staff was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, incredible staff, unforgettable memory. Thank you for going above and beyond, we’ll absolutely be back. 💍 — Marcel & Breanna

We had such a lovely weekend at Le Palais Art Hotel Prague. I stayed with my mum and it was the perfect base for a relaxing city break. The hotel itself is really cozy and charming, and I loved the decor - it felt like a sanctuary to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The location is great too, set in a peaceful, leafy area which made it feel calm and tucked away, while still being really convenient. It’s about a 30-minute walk into the Old Town, or there’s a tram stop right by the hotel which makes getting around super easy. We stayed in a deluxe twin room which was just the right size for us, very comfortable and well set up. Breakfast was also a highlight in a lovely dining room with nice views. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague, and I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
