I'm losing my understanding of the unpleasant service - specifically the lady (who was there this morning, for example). Whether you're nice to her (as a paying customer) or ignore her except for a greeting (as a visitor to an exercise class with children), she's unpleasant. Today she literally barked at me about the stroller and it really ruins my mood. Too bad. The food is excellent. I would personally send those dirty stuffed animals from the play corner to stuffed animal heaven.
