We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our visit. A special thank you to Martin, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He was incredibly helpful and attentive. Every member of the staff was welcoming and eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
Good hotel in an excellent location. The metro station and other public transportation options are just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were reasonably clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay comfortable.
The hotel is great. We were there with my small kid and husband. Excellent location - very lively, with stores and restaurants all around + tram stations connecting you to every part of the city. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and most importantly - super quiet! Breakfast was abundant. Totally recommend it and would come back.
Location and value are the biggest selling points, the hotel is just 10 minutes of tram (no. 6) ride away from Old Town. Overall room is great and breakfast is delicious. Bathtub in toilet is quite high, probably close to 1m, could pose a challenge to shorter people trying to get a shower or bath. Pillow is too soft and flat but that's just a personal preference.
While it was pricier than many other options, relatively, it is indeed an extremely comfortable stay. It is also still much cheaper than other big name hotels in this zone. Staff were professional and friendly. Highlight was the breakfast, which was absolute quality. I'm someone who ever cares for free breakfast at hotels, but I ate at the breakfast buffet every morning. The food selection was abundance. They had a proper kitchen to cook the stuff. The scrambled egg was not dry at all! If you book early enough this would be excellent value.
