Yesterday at the AWAY Spa in W Prague was truly beautiful. The service provided by Tamerlan, Elizaveta and Rose was absolutely exceptional. We genuinely felt cared for from the very first moment. My girlfriend and I were able to completely relax and unwind. The water was perfectly clean, the fragrance throughout the spa was elegant and beautifully subtle, creating a calm and luxurious atmosphere. This place truly feels like a hidden treasure in the heart of Prague, right at your fingertips. The relaxation area provided us with enough privacy and comfort between each part of the spa experience, which made the entire stay even more peaceful and intimate. The pool itself offers a wonderful sense of movement and relaxation, while the water quality and temperature were perfectly balanced everywhere throughout the spa. We will definitely be very happy to return. For me personally — even in comparison with hotels in Zermatt — this is an absolute number one experience. My visit to AWAY Spa at W Prague was absolutely outstanding. From the very first moment, we were welcomed in the warmest and most professional way by the Spa Manager, Mr. Miroslav Mišutka, who personally explained all the services and made us feel truly special. And then… wow. Once we entered, it felt like stepping into a real oasis of paradise. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam rooms are beautifully designed and perfectly maintained pure relaxation at its finest. The highlight of our experience was definitely the massage with Patrick. Extremely professional, intuitive, and skilled he knew exactly where the pain was and focused on it with great care. You can truly feel when someone loves what they do and knows their craft. A special thank you as well to Nori, the wonderful Japanese receptionist, who took amazing care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and offered us delicious tea in the relaxation areasuch a thoughtful and calming touch. This spa experience was an early Valentine’s gift for my girlfriend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Without a doubt, we will be back. I highly recommend this spa. It offers a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a very comfortable relaxation area. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly. Special thanks to Tamerlan he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back. 😍🤩❤️
Easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been to some of the top spas in Paris, Milan, Vienna, and many other cities, but the Away Spa in Prague truly stands out. The jacuzzi is just wow, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. At first, I thought the price was exaggerated for a massage, but after experiencing it, especially the amazing Four Seasons room, it felt completely reasonable and worth every penny. A must visit if you’re looking for true luxury and relaxation in Prague! We have spent 3.5 hrs there and we didn’t get bored!
