Recommendable for tourists. Close to city center. Reception is very kind and helpful. Room is clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. They even have a gym downstairs. Satisfying experience in general.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was elegant, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with many of Prague's main attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I also had dinner at Next Door by Imperial, and it was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
Positive experience over all. Amazing location in a walking distance from downtown and the central train station. Many online reviews praise the breakfast, which we found to be just okay. Perhaps, not worth the price we paid for it.
My girlfriend and I traveled through Prague and stayed for 4 days. I originally tried booking at the Art Deco Hotel but it was unavailable for one day of our planned stay. I called them to see just in case they could help me. The person told me it was full but they had room at their sister hotel across the street at The Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel and we were thrilled with it! The room had everything we needed and everything was so absolutely clean!The staff is professional and accommodating. When checking out, we asked if it was possible to split the charges with the 2 of us and the clerk didn’t bat an eye! Took care of a confusing bill and it was done with a smile! The restaurant, The Next Door Cafe is amazing! The kitchen is absolutely spotless! I ordered a fruit plate for breakfast and although it took time, they cut the fruit right then and it was heaven along with their gigantic croissants! Can’t begin to describe the scrumptious desserts! Loved it!
Awesome hotel! Great service people, extremely clean and organized. The breakfast doesn't have much variety but the other parameters overcome it. Great location right by the Palladium mall and other interest. We had a great time!
