Honestly, I had the Anti-Aging Body Treatment, and it was also my very first full spa treatment. It was also my very first full spa treatment. Before this, I had only experienced massages and visits to spa and pool facilities, but I had never had such a wonderful skincare treatment combined with such a gentle, relaxing massage. Your service was exceptional, and the relaxation area was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. One of my favorite details was the cool towels infused with essential oils that were provided in the sauna. It felt so soothing to lie there with the cool towel over my face and breathe in the wonderful aroma of the essential oils. It was a truly unforgettable experience. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful birthday treat—a beautiful fruit platter and rose tea. It made my special day feel even more memorable. Overall, I loved absolutely everything. Thank you for your care, attention to detail, and the wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!
I have stayed in similarly priced hotels, but this one delivers exceptionally. It’s easy to build a wonderful hotel. The hard part is to have 5 star service by all the staff, from the reception to the restaurants and cleaners. Here it seemed like every person was cherry picked from the best of the best. Id gladly return to Prague just to experience the level of profesionalism offered here again. Thank you!
