Did not try the food or any of the snacks but man, what a cool spot for specialty cocktails. It gives spooky witch vibes with a dim lit, club(esk) atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Cocktails were delicious and too, but the staff made the night perfect. I would recommend this bar to anyone, what a great customer service! Thanks guys, cant wait to be back
Went here after seeing it on google maps and pictures don’t do it justice, such a cool and vibey place inside. Staff were lovely, greeting us, made sure we knew how the place worked as we had never been before. Highly recommend the elixirs but randomised, our server picked flavours for us based on our favourite cocktails and we spent ages trying to guess them! A really lovely chill place.
If you are looking for a quiet but intriguing bar near Old Town, The Alchemy Sanctum Bar is the one for you!!! The vibe is very unique, dark but beautiful and neat. The Alchemy vibe is clear in all their decor and drinks. You can order of shots in a variety of flavors that come in test tubes of 1, 3, or 6. A little sweet if you aren’t into sweeter liquor. Their drinks are fun and curated to follow the theme. My drink changed colors and was just sweet enough. The other drinks come with a flavor shooter that can be added to your drink. Would be great for couples or groups of friends! The service was also great! Alia made sure to explain the choices and made the visit fun! Made for a good late night drink at the end of our night time Prague stroll.
During our 4 nights in Prague, we visited here twice after the amazing atmosphere and overall experience on the first night. It’s very visually impressive with a Harry Potter themed room and an Alchemy themed room. The cocktails are really nice and most come with a flavour of “elixir” to either drink on its own or in the cocktail. You can also order up to 6 elixirs that have a variety of flavours. There wasn’t a single flavour I didn’t like. The staff are warm and welcoming and encourage you to take pictures of the rooms and choose which themed room you’d rather enjoy. The manager is very friendly and shows great pride in his creations. Couldn’t recommend it any further!
