The hotel has a prime location just off Old Town Square. There is no meal service but you can easily find food. You can easily walk to attractions such as The Charles Bridge. Staff is very helpful.
Room we had (111) was large with 12 foot ceilings. Large foyer that opens to a terrace balcony with chairs and table looking onto inner courtyard. Separate bathroom and shower rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 minute walk to main square but far enough to be quiet.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Before arriving, we messaged the hotel to arrange an airport shuttle which brought us directly from the airport to the hotels front door- very convenient. Check -in was fast and smooth And our room was beautiful with spacious rooms. One of the highlights was the beer spa located in the hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent. With plenty of food options nearby. The hotel staff was also very helpfuland assisted us in securing a dinner cruise reservation.
We stayed in a double deluxe room with a balcony. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The young woman at reception was extremely kind and helpful. If you plan to use the beer spa or need parking, book it early and don’t wait until the last minute. The hotel is located directly in the Old Town, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, bars, and museums. The famous astronomical clock and other major sights are just a short walk away. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for us.
