My husband and I got the spa package: 1 hour full body massages + 1 hour facials. We were greeted warmly by the receptionists, Alex and Vilma, who answered all of our questions and were very kind. Our massage therapists, Denisa and Kristyna, were wonderful and very professional, even asking if we had any focus areas or preferences, which I’ve never been asked before but really appreciated. The massages were some of the best we have ever had and the spa environment (calm music, ambience, cleanliness) all helped us to relax and the two hours flew by so quickly! We also used their pool and sauna amenities afterwards which were wonderful, clean, and also helped us to extend our time of relaxation. The locker rooms/bathrooms were very well designed and stocked for getting showered and dressed afterwards. If you are looking for a day spa in Prague, look no further than here! I spent a day at the spa at NH Collection Carlo IV, and it was a really lovely experience. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the whole space had a peaceful feel that made it easy to unwind. The staff were welcoming and professional, Vilma and Dora were incredibly warm and and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was the perfect place to take a break, relax, and enjoy a quiet day away from the usual routine. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spa experience in a beautiful hotel setting.
I visited the spa over the weekend and the experience couldn’t have been better. The facilities are excellent, and time went by so quickly that we didn’t even notice. The sauna is absolutely worth it, and the pool is incredibly relaxing. I would also like to highlight the amazing service from Vilma and Dora at reception, who made our stay feel very welcoming from the very beginning and explained everything perfectly. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily come back again.
I stayed at Carlo IV Wellness & Spa for four days together with my wife, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. Before arrival, we contacted the hotel with a few requests and received a quick and polite response saying they would do their best to accommodate them. We were also given useful information about the spa facilities. We booked time slots for the pool and sauna in advance, which is required, but it was easy to adjust the reservations as our plans changed. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded, which was a wonderful surprise, thank you very much for that! We stayed in the main building with high ceilings, which made the room feel elegant and spacious. It was also interesting to learn that the building used to be a bank, I didn’t know that and had to look it up. The breakfast is truly top-notch. There is a wide selection of food, and guests can also order hot dishes that are prepared and served at the table at no extra cost. The same applies to tea and coffee service. There was a great variety of juices, teas, and coffee options. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was especially cozy: one day there was live violin music, and the next day harp music. It made the dining experience very special. I had my birthday during our stay and got a nice present from the hotel: the cake and wine. Thank you so much for that, it was really nice of you. We used the spa twice a day and never experienced any queues or waiting time. Everything was consistently clean, calm, and well maintained. Fresh towels and sheets are provided for sauna use. The sauna and steam rooms were always properly heated, even early in the morning. Overall, the level of service throughout the hotel was excellent. On the other hand, there was a small issue during check-in: the number of nights was registered incorrectly, which caused our key cards to stop working one day before departure. This was quickly resolved at the reception. Additionally, the bathroom layout is slightly inconvenient, as the toilet door touches the toilet when opened. I mention these points only as constructive feedback, as we were otherwise very satisfied with our stay. We would gladly recommend the hotel and would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!
Absolutely incredible lovely place!!! We spent with my freind yesterday 4 hours at this wellness,we enjoyed it very much! Great different jacuzzi where you can let cure really all your body,the bones,muscules,ligaments,after we felt like new born!!! And today pain of body is gone! Amazing Roma spa where the game of tyrquis colours and light marbl are luxury and same time delicate combinated! You can relax by Roma spa as you wish,if you feel colder,you can try to go to steam,there is new made big wood steamer for people who prefere just to be "natural", second steam is there for people who like there privacy... We could take also massage,there is big offer of many different therapies as facial,we didnt try,we hope,next time,we could lets really get spoiled!
