The location of the little hotel located only six minutes walk from the Old Town Square. It is also very easy to navigate from the square, pretty much only need to make one turn that is very close to the hotel already. Yet it is comfortably located on a relatively quiet small street. This is a small hotel in an old building. Rooms are renovated, clean and functional. Front desk and restaurant services are quick and professional.
Beautiful hotel. Great location with a 10/15 minute walk to the old town square. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is continental with a great choice. Our room was a perfect size for us with a small balcony overlooking the street below. They also have a rooftop area to relax, which we didn't know about (fault for not checking before travel). Would definitely visit again when we come to Prague. Thank you Astoria.
Fairly simple hotel, rooms were clean modern and well kept. Great location short walk from old town square. Air con was a bit nosey but not really an issue. I didnt eat breakfast so cant comment on that. Minibar in room was handy.
On May 12th, when we checked in, we arrived earlier and asked to keep our luggage until the room is ready. The porter looked very reluctant to do so and ignored us then went away. Finally, the receptionist did so instead, we were very uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was unprofessional and even seemed to be discriminative which we were never experienced at hotels in Prague. Other staff were OK though, but not all staff didn’t seemed to work pleasantly. The room was clean and well maintained, though not so spacious and view was limited from the balcony on 7th floor due to the building in front. The breakfast and location were very good.
A nice hotel with friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Maybe some free water bottles for the room, washcloths and a real King sized bed instead of 2 twins mashed together would have been nice. Still, it was clean, convenient and priced fairly, so I would recommend this hotel.
