Great service and location but no AC, which I know is a gamble in Europe but it was over 35 degrees when I went. They did provide two fans which was great. It was so hot my snickers melted on the table, they were nice enough to put in the frig for me.
Our stay at Black Suit Hotel in Prague was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Romana, whose friendliness and positive energy immediately made us feel at home. She gave us excellent recommendations about the city and the hotel and was always happy to assist with any questions we had. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The complimentary coffee and sweet treats were a lovely touch. Our room perfectly captured the charm and character of historic Prague, making our experience even more memorable. Despite the unusually hot weather during our trip, the room stayed refreshingly cool and comfortable throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the exceptional care and professionalism of the hotel staff. Their kindness and attention to guests truly set this place apart and made us feel genuinely valued. Without hesitation, we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Prague. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and unforgettable experience.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Black Star suites in Prague. When we arrived, Romana welcomed us warmly with a big smile, which immediately made us feel comfortable. She provided us with detailed information about both the city and the hotel and patiently answered all of our questions. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The coffee and biscuit treats were wonderful. Our room truly reflected the historic atmosphere of Prague and made our stay even more special. Although the weather was very hot during our visit, our room remained pleasantly cool, comfortable, and relaxing. Most importantly, my wife accidentally lost his gold wedding ring at the hotel. The hotel staff contacted us, asked for our address, and kindly mailed the ring back to us. We were deeply impressed by their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. If we visit Prague again, we would definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!
I booked this hotel for my adult daughter and I who were coming for a short break. I messaged the hotel and arranged for a box of Prague chocolates to be in the room for her Birthday with a message to accompany the chocolates. We were given a very warm welcome and advised we had been upgraded. We had a lovely informative chat to the lady on reception (Alice?). She mentioned a classical concert which was on nearby that evening. (We booked - it was beautiful) We were walked to our room, which was a huge suite. Not only was the box of chocolates on the table, but a bottle of Prosecco and a Happy Birthday message from the hotel too. We picked the hotel due to its location. Less than 5 minutes to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square on a beautiful back street. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I came before with my husband and we stayed in a much more expensive hotel (also lovely) but for value for money and comfort, I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back here. Thank you, it was a pleasure. TIP Uber is very good value for money and very easy to get around here
Best location Best service The rooms are splendid No second thoughts, just book it. We had our flight home at 18:00 We wandered around until 17:00, so we got really tired and with sour feet. The we came to the hotel and the staff invited us to sit in the dining room, drink coffee free of charge, use the toilet if we would like and all of this after the check-out. They are amazing and loving people. We will come again if we ever stay at prague in the future.
