Nice apartment located on a quiet street with a number of shops and the City Center within walking distance. Prague Hop on Hop off bus line also close by for traversing the entire city. Host was very responsive to all texts. Only drawback was the fact that there was no AC even though it was listed as having AC. We had to keep the windows open during the evening which made for restless sleep due to noise from the street below.
The room - "Julie" came with a terrace, whcich was really lovely, but could have been even better if a sun umbrella was there (there was a stand but no umbrella), if the potted trees were better looked-after, and if there weren't rats scuttering around after dark, but truly it was nice nevertheless. It was VERY hot in Prague when we arrived and it took me a minute to figure out the Air Conditioning (sue the remote!), but once I did it kept our bedroom/sitting room cool and comfortable. The location could not be better, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was confused about the location (I thought it was at the Aurus Hotel) but customer service was very helpful and sorted it out. I will definitely hope to return.
I have to be honest, it really depends on which room you book. It can be in big contrast in terms of quality. - room 12 ( one bedroom apartment): it is terrible… the room needs renovation and doesn’t smell good at the time I entered the room. I think it should not open for booking anymore unless renovation is done. The 6 pictures below show how it is (e.g. an unwashed towel and t shirt found on the floor, the step of trash bin can’t work, the wall and sofa skins peel off, a socket board came off when I unplugged, remote controls were not placed properly). Besides, a double bed is on the upper deck, it is a big problem for my elderly parents… This room is with good performing air conditioning though. - room 21 (2 bedroom apartment): it is very good and new, well decorated and look the same as its promotional pictures. With air conditioning in dining room, provided with fans so air con can go through the entire apartment. - room 41 (one bedroom apartment): since room 12 did not work so I requested for a room change and I was assigned with room 41 on the next day, room 41 is good with a single bed and a double bed on the floor (not on upper deck anymore), but please be aware that there is no air conditioning! At the time i don’t want to request or handle room change again so i accepted it. We were provided with a fan and it was not that hot in the room. If you must have air conditioning, need to be aware of this.
The apartment itself was genuinely very good. It was clean, comfortable, well located, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The location was excellent and overall the stay would have deserved a very positive review. However, there is one extremely serious issue that completely overshadows the experience: a major data protection and privacy breach. After completing the online registration/check-in process, my personal information appears to have been leaked. I started receiving phishing messages via WhatsApp containing highly sensitive booking details, including my full name, phone number, address, and even exact booking dates. This information could only have come from the registration system used for the apartment. This is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. A leak of private customer data is a severe violation of trust and raises serious questions about how guest information is being stored and protected. This matter must be investigated properly and urgently, as it could affect many other guests as well. It is a real shame because the apartment itself was excellent, but such a serious security and privacy issue cannot be ignored.
Great find, really reasonably priced, in a fantastic location. I arrived to the city by train and I found it very easy to get to the property by public transport. Very nice accommodation, and very comfortable with more amenities than I needed! No air conditioning which might make it very hot in the summer (my stay was in April and while it was hot in the apartment when I arrived, I turned the heat off and opened the windows and it was grand!) Overall I’d definitely recommend and stay here again!
