Only complaint is that there is no air conditioning.
Over all the hotel was amazing and is a great choice for everyone who want's to visit prague. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. She took the time to explain to us how the parking works and guided us through the process. The rooms are beautiful and got everything you need. And one of the best things by far is the location. It is located directly at the City center which makes it easy to visit and see everything.
Highly recommended – centrally located, yet very quiet. The city can easily be explored on foot, and the rooms are great and very comfortable! I accidentally left my small digital camera in the room, and the hotel even went out of their way to send it back to me. Huge praise – I can only recommend it!
A fantastic 3 night stay, clean, easy check in, fantastic location with a good price. Such a beautiful city. The room was clean and tidy. A nice big bed with a pull out sofa bed.
Shortly- very good especially if you don’t need to store your luggage. Location is really good! The rooms where clean and quite big, the reception is open only from 9:00 to 17:00. We arrived in the morning so they let us keep our bags there (but not in a dedicated room, only leave it in the “lobby” while they’re there). But on the day of our check out- the receptionist didn’t agree to keep our bags not even until 17:00. After a bit of an argue we left our trolley bag there, and took it after 17:00 to a luggage storage they recommended on- and it was open only till 18:30 so that was also frustrating.
