Very nice hotel. Room was a bit small (which we knew when booking) but very comfortable and quiet. Excellent shower. Great location. Nespresso in-room and a nicer self-serve machine in the lounge. Game room was a nice place to relax and play some games after a hard day of touristing. Didn't try the restaurant, but I wanted an afternoon glass of wine and was disappointed that they only had California wines by the glass...
Fantastic hotel with a superb location! It's steps away from the historic Jewish quarter, Old Town square and a short stroll from the Charles Bridge. It's also easy to walk to the castle complex across the river. Service is friendly and all-around very good and the breakfast is excellent (I highly recommend the pancakes!). Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We highly recommend this hotel!
My family stayed at the The Emblem Hotel and had a wonderful experience. I would like to highlight the hotel itself — great rooms, an excellent central location, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was at a high level. I would also like to give special thanks to Firudin (I hope I spelled the name correctly 🙂). He kindly helped with the luggage, recommended some amazing places in the city — even ones I personally hadn’t discovered before — and made it much easier for my family to navigate around Prague. On top of that, his friendly attitude and engaging conversations made their stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a warm welcome! We will definitely be coming back.
The location is absolutely outstanding. It is just a 1–2 minute walk from the Prague Astronomical Clock, and most major attractions are only 5 to 10 minutes away on foot, which makes sightseeing far more efficient and saves a great deal of time. This hotel is genuinely exceptional. Honestly, if you skip a hotel of this caliber in Prague, it almost feels as though you have not truly experienced what a European five-star hotel can be. Compared with major global chain hotels such as Marriott or Hilton, the price is more reasonable, yet the quality and attention to detail feel even better. This was actually my first time staying at a Preferred Hotels property, and I was genuinely impressed. As a boutique design hotel, it is incredibly photogenic, and every corner feels beautifully styled. I loved it so much that it made me want to stay at more Preferred Hotels in the future. One more very practical detail: there is a lounge where all guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, which made the stay even more convenient.
A wonderful stay. We really enjoyed it, the staff were lovely. We had our bags taken to our room whilst checking in, the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast food was good, we loved the pancakes and omelette too. Room was adequate size and clean. Good location and easy to walk to many places. Roof top jacuzzi is a nice little treat. The only recommendation would to have a usb/usc chargers in the wall. Would recommend.
