Wonderful trip to Prague. Our stay at the Mozart was great! The staff (the entire staff) were very courteous and professional and the room was good, but the view was AMAZING! When traveling, we usually dine away from our hotel, but on our last night we decided to dine at the hotel and the food was super-delish! We added breakfast with our reservation and it was buffet style. We were also able to order from a menu that was included with our breakfast package, which I definitely recommend. The Eggs Benedict and French Toast made the breakfast experience complete. I wanted to mention that we visited Prague during a major heatwave and it was wonderful to be able to find comfort in our adequately air conditioned room. Also, a special shout out to Juliana for assisting me and my husband when our flights to Germany were disrupted and we were on the verge of a major vacation catastrophe. She guided us to the trains and even helped with completing the reservation. The Mozart is walking distance from St. Charles Bridge and Old Town. Location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.
Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed by the bellman who valet parked our car. We pre-booked valet parking and highly recommend this for everyone who arrives by their own car. The hotel's location right at the Karlsbrücke offers perfect access to both Prague's Old Town and Prague's Lesser Town. Important sites and good restaurants are in walking distance.The hotel is well managed with friendly staff. We stayed in a well-appointed, clean and big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet offers a great selection including a la carte options. We had a great stay at the hotel - thank you!
We had a wonderful experience at the Mozart! The staff were super kind and friendly and the food was great. Love the location too!! Convenient and very walkable to all we wanted to see. We had an executive room and it was very spacious. The only thing Mozart could improve on is showing what all the different rooms look like. We got an executive room based on the picture, and thankfully one of our rooms was the exact room pictured, but our 2nd room was different. Still nice, but not as nice as the one pictured, so that can be misleading. With that being said, you can’t go wrong with this hotel, it’s lovely and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
Our stay at The Mozart Prague was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located, and offers both an elegant and warm atmosphere. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the exceptional welcome from the entire team. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, always available, and genuinely eager to help with a smile. A very special mention goes to Oleksandra, who far exceeded all our expectations. Her generosity, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on our stay. She took such great care of us from beginning to end, with a sincere level of attention that is both rare and deeply appreciated. A huge thank you for this unforgettable experience in Prague. We would be delighted to come back again.
The entire staff was friendly and hospitable. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful with a complimentary mini bar. The morning breakfast offered a buffet or alacart options with make your own coffee or coffee service. We had an exceptional lunch but never dined for dinner. Too many great options in Prague to experience. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Charles Bridge and the Old City is easily accessible for walking to many sites. I would highly recommend this hotel.
