I wish I could gate keep this hotel because it’s too good!! Clean linens, comfy beds and lovely staff. Amazing Service Please don’t forget to tip 10%
This hotel is a lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I want to give special thanks to Dan who went over and above to help me with an issue I had. He printed out instructions to make it easier for me to find my way at the airport. Thank you Dan for your kindness!
This was a solid place at which I stayed for one night before flying out from Prague. I'd probably give it a 3.75 stars. The good: service and staff were exceptional. Breakfast, offered in a room with breathtaking views of Prague Castle, was lovely -- a mix of buffet options and a la carte entrees. Location gave easy access to the castle district, and was a 5-min walk from an excellent restaurant, ŪVOZ, that you gotta try! The stay's also very affordable. The disappointing: the room was solid and clean but had a couple issues that knocked off a star or so for me. I was in a first floor room with only a small window looking onto an alley. It was kind of dated in decor, bathroom, etc. The heating didn't seem in full force so I was pretty chilly overnight. Finally, my room and the hallway outside it had a strong perfumey scent to which I had an aversion (maybe it was the detergent they used). yes, that's persnickety of me, but it meant that I didn't enjoy spending time in the room, which is a bummer.
