Brilliant !!. The rooms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned. We arrived early before the official check in and our room was ready because we gave them notice. The hosts are excellent. They gave us fantastic instructions to get from the airport using the fantastic public transport. Do not get a taxi. You do not need to spend the money. We followed the hosts instructions and it cost us around £6 from three of us to get to the accomodation, bargain. They also gave us restaurant recommendations and directions to the castle and a map. Cannot recommend them enough. If I came to Prague again I would definitely stay here 🩵👌🏻
Rooms are clean, priced well, it’s close to the train, and in old town. What more could you need. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They also let us in our room 2 hours early when all I asked was to leave our luggage somewhere the night before. Service was top notch!
We had a great stay. Staff were very accommodating with everything like when we needed to do our washing or book an Uber to the airport. Alto went out of his way to make sure we were happy and looked after. Customer service at its best. We were very happy. Clean room and great location.
I stayed in Prague for three days. It was very beautiful, clean, quiet—everything was perfect. Just a short walk away, there was an exchange office with great rates, an amazing Belgian beer bar with a beautiful owner and a cool bartender, and a fantastic craft brewery a bit further toward the metro. Of course, the metro station was also nearby! If I had to mention one small issue, it was a bit difficult to lock the door when leaving the room for the first time. I checked out in a hurry, so I probably left something behind, but it can’t be helped… I love the Czech Republic!
If you value warm and genuine care for guests, this is the place for you. The staff communicates quickly and professionally. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town Hall. You’ll be staying in the city center, yet on a quiet street — so loud nightlife won’t disturb your sleep. There’s a cozy restaurant nearby, and a shopping mall just 8 minutes away
