The hotel is about 15 minutes' walk from Prague's Clock Square. There is a bus and metro stop in front of the hotel that takes you all over the city. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel is committed to protecting the environment and invests a lot of effort in this. The rooms are functional, pleasant and spacious. The breakfast is rich and delicious. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
We had a good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for getting a good night’s rest. The breakfast was solid and a nice way to start the day. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Old Town Square, right in front of a tram stop, and also close to the train station. The only downside was the towel service. The first time we requested towels, it took three calls and about 50 minutes for them to arrive. Two days later we asked again at the front desk, but they never came, and since it was late we didn’t bother following up. Aside from that, everything else was positive and we still had an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location where underground just next to it and there are couple of restaurants nearby and super market. The room is very clean and tidy. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and can assist to solve problems a lot. A big shout out to Marok( maybe wrong spelling). He is so friendly and helped out a lot. With this great hospitality and reasonable prices with great breakfast. Will definitely come again when visiting Prague.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, large, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was huge, and the room had everything one could need. We mentioned that it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with champagne and a lovely note. In addition, we are Orthodox Jews, and before Shabbat we asked the staff for help regarding entering the room during Shabbat. They immediately assisted us without any issues and with a smile. Everyone was incredibly nice, and we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the dining room, the bar, and everything else.
I stayed for one night and really liked it!Nina at check-in was very friendly and explained everything clearly in English! The room was clean and had a nice eco-friendly vibe 🌿 My room faced the back, but I didn’t mind because I enjoyed the tea, Nespresso coffee, and the wide range of TV channels. Also, there was a welcome water, a small fridge, and four coffee capsules. It was so quiet at night, and the staff at check-out was also very kind. I’d happily recommend this hotel!😊😊
