Google suggested the Cloister Inn Hotel, and we're so glad we listened. We decided to visit Prague spontaneously, and this hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. It was even cheaper than booking a private hostel room, and instead we got a full hotel room. Everything was perfect—from booking and finding the hotel to check-in and check-out. A special thank you to Sabir, the best receptionist! He welcomed us warmly, offered us coffee, arranged an early check-in, and gave us a great plan for our first few hours in Prague, along with plenty of helpful tips. The location is central, all important tourist spot can be accessed by foot. No extra transport needed. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and well soundproofed. Throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Check-out was quick and easy. We highly recommend the Cloister Inn Hotel for its excellent rooms, outstanding staff, and great value. Děkuji Sabir!
This place was everything I needed and had THE BEST location. Very affordable. The staff (Akhmat) was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Will be staying here again in the future.
We’ve been here with our friends. Very kind Akhmat meet us and did fast check in. Rooms are nice and comfy beds. Location is great, close to Charles bridge and city center. Definitely recommend
Great value budget hotel right in the middle of the old town. We were greated by Akmad and his warm welcome, who clearly explained everything to us. Rooms are simple and clean with a great shower and daily clean if you want it. Free hot drinks in reception were a nice extra. The location is perfect for walking to all the main Prague sites S well as catching the tram or bus. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
Cloister Inn Hotel was a good choice for us. It’s affordable and in a convenient location. The rooms were clean — cleanliness was not an issue at all. The interior is a little old-style and feels somewhat outdated, and the hotel could benefit from modernization. Facilities are basic, but the room size and especially the bathroom and shower area were very spacious, which was a big plus. A special mention to Andrey at reception — he was extremely polite, professional, and very well-spoken. His attitude, helpfulness, and welcoming nature genuinely made a difference to our stay. Staff like him really add value to the hotel experience. Breakfast had limited options, so I’d recommend booking it only if you get a good deal. Reception area has free complimentary coffee/hot chocolate spot which was a huge plus point for guests. Location is excellent and easy access to Charles Bridge since it is located in Old Town. Overall, a solid budget-friendly option, with standout service from the reception team.
