I had a great experience at the sauna. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and provide a calm, relaxing atmosphere. There are five different saunas to choose from, as well as a jacuzzi, the relaxation area and a bar serving drinks and snacks. The highlight of the visit was definitely the sauna ceremonies - without a doubt the best sauna experience I have ever had. Overall, it’s an excellent place to relax, recharge, and enjoy high-quality sauna rituals.
We spent five days here and came back every single day because the experience was just that amazing. For us, everything was perfect. The sauna area was beautiful, clean, and incredibly relaxing. All of the sauna ceremonies were performed exceptionally well and were a real highlight of our stay. A special mention goes to Šárka, who made the ceremonies truly unforgettable with her wonderful energy, but all of the sauna masters were excellent. Central Sauna is a very peaceful and restorative place where you can completely unwind and recharge. We highly recommend it and would gladly come back again
Upon entry, you'll receive a towel and sheet. Leave your clothes in the locker room (separate for each gender) and proceed to the sauna area on level -1. An excellent, modern sauna area with several types of saunas (4 dry and 1 steam room), showers, and a cooling pool. Every hour from 4 p.m., sauna sessions are led by masters of ceremonies (I personally attended Tomáš and Lukáš's sessions—they were excellent). I visited the sauna on Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded: everyone could fit into the sessions, and there were still some free places left. The culture of proper sauna use is maintained, so remember to enter saunas naked or wrap yourself in a towel - no textiles, swimsuits or swimming trunks! In the lounge area, where there are slightly fewer lights, you can chill on pouffes listening to relaxing, calm music and gaze at the fish aquarium.
One of the best spas I have ever gone to with a good price! Just simply great! There are different saunas you can try. You can have drinks and food in the bar and chill out. And the staff is friendly and happy to help! HIGHLY recommended!
