We had a blissful time at the First Chateaux Beer Spa in Prague. Our 3-day stay included the suite room and one beer spa treatment in the cute double tubs in the cellar of the first Chateaux. The suite room was beautiful (unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures), came with tons of amenities, beer shampoos, soaps and body lotions, huge shower with adjustable lights, etc. They perfectly made you feel like prince and princess in the time of the first beer baths while also teaching you about it with posters throughout the room and hotel. All of the rooms were super clean, functional and well maintained. It comes with unlimited beer at the beer spa, which you can draft yourself (choice between dark and light beer) and also unlimited beer while just staying in your room until late. The Krusovice, which is the beer they offer at this place, is very yummy. Another plus point is, that the place is quite small and doesn’t feel like a packed chain hotel. Additionally, it is a little outside of all the main tourist attractions of Prague but still gets you where you want to be very quickly by bus and tram. Worst case there is a relatively cheap parking lot about 7 minutes walking away from the stay. The service was very kind, explained the place and the services well and also helpful when it came to storing our luggage even after check out for another stroll through the streets of beautiful Prague.
A little out of the way, but a genuinely amazing experience, an absolute revelation! I have never had such a relaxing time as in a Beer Spa, and this is a particularly amazing example of one. From word go, the staff do everything they can to make you feel as relaxed and appreciated as possible. The rooms are amazing, and the hand carved wooden baths are deep, comfortable and gorgeous. Take my advise and take a 2 hour slot, as an hour is simply not enough. The baths are so comfortable you will be disappointed that you can't tear yourself away to enjoy the genuine straw beds, which are so comfortable you'll be shocked (just be sure to put the sheet down first - I was silly enough to jump straight on - straw on wet skin is not a good combo!). An amazing experience and essential if you want to enjoy Prague to the most.
Amazing spa. Lovely activity as a couple, we came here on our honeymoon and had 2.5 hours of relaxation with unlimited beers on tap. Only 5 min walk from tram stop, highly recommended.
Had an unreal time at the beer baths. Got here around ten minutes early and was shown to the room with the beer baths within no time. Given clear instructions and had a great time. The beer on tap was very tasty and all three of us loved having our own baths. Definitely worth the experience and exceeded all expectations. We were made aware of the ending of our time around ten minutes early but there was no rush. Worth every penny! Thank you.
Place is tucked away in an area of Prague I haven’t been to yet, and I’m happy it was! Beautiful area, clean establishment, friendly staff! Thoroughly explained how it all worked, what to do, etc (first timers so figured we’d go with the obvious but hey, why not ask in case we miss anything). Excellent experience from start to finish, even sent us away with a beer after the fact! 10/10 will definitely come back
